Something not right? Don't worry we have you covered with a 30 day return policy and 14 days to Exchange.

We only accept exchanges on unused products.

To start the return process please follow these steps

1. Please write an email to thepilotwallet@gmail.com indicating the reason for return/exchange, please note your name and order number.
2. Please return the product to the return address and include a tracking number (we do not cover return postage).
3. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund/exchange.
