What's covered
Zephyr Aviation warrants every wallet against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. If your wallet fails under normal, everyday use because of a manufacturing defect — stitching that comes undone, leather that delaminates, hardware that breaks — we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What's not covered
- Normal patina, softening, and darkening of full-grain leather — this is a feature, not a defect.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, exposure to chemicals, or improper care.
- Wallets purchased second-hand or through unauthorized resellers.
- Lost or stolen wallets.
How to make a claim
Email thepilotwallet@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We usually respond within one business day and will guide you through repair, replacement, or return shipping from our Chicago workshop.
